Its ridiculous that Nebraska is still being relaxed at March. I dont see any movement in December Slowbereska. However, For Potomac they are racing now in August.. I dont understand why there is so discrepancy within service center for same application.  Texas seems running too..

Our PD is May 2 Nebraska service center, petitioning our 1 year old twins, yesterday I got a notification from the USCISApp that a status of one of my sons changed, but when we checked we didn’t find any update, we had hope for few moments :(

Did you check the both websites new and old?

yes checked both websites no updates yet, dunno why i got this notification

still waiting 

i saw numerous applications this month be approved FOR Up until late May and Early June PD

however my husband and I are 241 days waiting and he resides in a high fraud country which I strongly think plays a part

I’m very sad seeing people of June and even July approved and us nothing yet. I see Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 approvals with less than 200 days. When I carefully check is only 3, one with 217, one with 220 days and one with 229. I’m very frustrated, sad and more and more. I’m 218 days already 😔😔😔😔😔 and Tuesday is a holiday they will not work.

TODAY I received a generic email about my inquiry for our case not being processed as of yet. Our PD date is 5/3 and TSC are working on 5/15 cases .

The email stated we have to wait up until 60 days . This feels like a nightmare that will never end however I am trying to keep positive and hope for the best. 245 days and counting at this point.

 

I cant bring myself to inform my husband about this news

you should have got the approval by last month ,this is definitely very late . Try contacting your local senator office and have them inquire for you.

I have and nothing 

My husband is based in a high fraud country and I honestly fell that plays a major part in the wait time

I’m truly sad to read some of the recent post on this forum. I know many of you are frustrated, and ready for this process to be over. Especially those that haven’t seen their love ones in months. I’m here for you, and will always keep everyone in my prayers. This same situation happened in November. They made a made dash in October, and had everyone thinking November would be the same. But then they were silent for awhile after the first two weeks of November. Then, they picked up again at the end of the month. It’s a really crazy pattern, that’s hard to predict. Hopefully, January will see them pick up again for the May Filers. Stay confident everyone, don’t lose hope.

How do you find out if the nvc has received my case? Our I 130 ewas approved 8 weeks ago.
