I think USCIS forgot about me. I see some people from June get approved by Texas and nothing yet about me! I don’t know! I get married and fly back to the states same day and put all my husband papers next day because I can not stay with him, I was in college at that time and still in college education. I travel a lot to see hubby but this is not enough.

Not approved yet.. but who here knows where to request expedite to have embassy interview? I have a pending 130 for my step kids and i would like for them to be here roughly by summer 2019, before school starts to be able to atleast adjust a couple weeks.

Do we try to expedite at NVC or at the embassy itself?

Hang in there, Jeniffer. I’m sure they haven’t forgotten about you. Your turn is coming. You’re almost at the finish line. I’m sure the anxiety from waiting everyday has gotten pretty bad. Maybe, it’s time to take a break. Take a week off from looking at this site. Seeing all the approvals are not good for your nerves. Stay strong, and don’t let your mind talk you into losing hope. Keep a positive mind. Everything will be ok, I assure you. Remember, once this is over you will never have to do this again. Keep telling yourself that.

Did you call USCIS and inquire about that? If they did an action on your case, you should find out what it was.
