Good afternoon all, :help:

I just wanted to know,

* When I fill out the G325A to send along with the I130 do I have to put that my husband is presently here for a visit?

He will be out of the country before I send it off. He just came up to visit from Jamaica for 2 weeks and will be gone by the 31, I want to send of our package on April 1, 2006.

* I have changed my social to match my new last name, but I have not gotten around to changing my passport has of yet. I am going to use my passport and my naturalization certificate as prrof of my citizenship. While that be a problem?

Thank you all for your response to my questions. (L)

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.

THIS TOO SHALL PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. It is asking you to list all previous visits to the US so if he is there now you would put the date of entry....the date he will be departing, the POE and the type of visa.

2. There shouldnt be a problem as many leave their passport in their maiden name. The visa though will be issued in the passport name.

no, his visa will be in his name of course. But it does state the petitioner's name. It depends on which name you will use on the forms.

If he is not there when you send off the petition, you don't have to fill out that he was just there.

Only if they ask for previous vivit (can't recall exactly but think they don't), you'd have to answer that one.

question 12 of the I-129F and question 14 of the I-130 asks 'If your fiance is currently in the US complete the following'. This is where it wouldnt have to be answered if he has left the US before the form is signed and submitted.

The OP was asking about G-325A where it is asking to list all previous US visits which would apply.

I would put US citizen - since you are a US citizen. Just remember that each of you is completing the G-325A with your own details. You as the USC would put USC....your husband would put Jamaican.
