Timeline

We got a REF that the divorce decree  we submitted  need to be signed by  a judge  or magistrate.. we  quickly sent a copy  to UK court and it being signed by a solicitor and it has an Apposille stamped on it and we submitted it back to the uscis  few days ago.... do you think we have a good chance of being approve..... Am so worried

You should know within 30 days or so

Yea,you will surely get your approval. We had RFE for same thing

I got a ref that need to be sign by a judge, UK divorce decree,  it being signed by a solicitor and it has the Apposille stamp on it and we have submitted it to the uscis for three weeks now, but my concerns is that, did the uscis staff knows  that u.k divorce decree only has a page and do I need to contact the uscis to explain to them..... Please am so worried ... Thanks for your response
