one of my envelopes with visa was ripped open

Hi 

 

I just received my visa and one of the envelopes was damaged and split open it has a disk inside, I wasn't going to open this package as I wasn't sure but it doesn't say anywhere on it that it cannot be opened, the envelope that informs you must not be opened till you reach customs is intact and without major damage it has a tiny split in in the side which reveals nothing but this other envelope was ripped completely open and it has a disk inside a sealed piece of paper. I have no idea what this disk is for or if this envelope is meant for me or customs or if it was meant to be opened or not either way the envelope is open from damage during transit is this going to be a problem when I travel?

Your fine.  The disc should be the CD of your xray which is for your records.
