I have applied to adjust my status based on my marriage to my US Citizen spouse. Currently reside in Northern California. Here's my timeline:

Entire packet (I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765 ------ I am waiting to submit I-693, because I do not want to risk having to repeat the medical exam) received by the USCIS: April 27, 2018.

E-Notifications: Sun, May 6, 2018 at 8:53 PM(interesting notification time lol!)

Paper receipts: May 11, 2018

Biometrics Appt Notice: May 12, 2018

Biometrics Appt: May 25, 2018

I did most of the work by myself so feel free to ask me questions :)

I believe you can take the medical to the interview instead of submitting it in advance. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

That’s right. One can file I-693 with I-485, wait till the initial evidence request, or simply bring it to the interview, if an interview is required. It’s written in the I-485 Instrictions.

Hi,

Any update regarding your case status online?

Have u received your EAD yet?

Mine changed in June 7, from fingerprint received to case is ready to be scheduled but up until now theres still no update yet.

regards,
Raffa

I received a Request for Initial Evidence (RFE) so it's slow as HELL. Even without a REF, I would not have received my EAD. The earliest day my EAD can be approved would be July 27, 2018. It takes up to 90 and 120 days for the USCIS to make a decision on EAD. Some people say the clock only starts on the day when you complete your biometrics.

Your case is ready to be scheduled for what? If it's ready to be scheduled for an interview, what is it that you are worrying about? You need to remember that the USCIS takes their sweet time to process all our applications. From June 7 to today, it's only been 13 days.
