i129-f Mistake on 'Other Names Used'

Hello Friends,

 

On the form I129F there is a section for other names used,  items 7a to 7c, used for people that had other names on the past. 

 

That is my case and I made some mistakes on it... like inverting given name, middle name and family name.

 

My questions are:

1. Is that a big problem?
2. Can it be fixed? and How?
3. Will fixing the names delay the process?
4. Should I leave alone and wait for a RFE?
5. Assuming nothing is mention till interview, should I prepare fiance with correct info and attitude?

It is not the fiance name, it is my name (Petitioner) there is no NBI on me! or I am missing something?
