Hello everyone! i'm currently filling out form I-130a for my spouse beneficiary and im stuck on part 4. Spouse Beneficiaries Statement, Contact information, Certification, and Signature. Since i'm filling out the form for her am i supposed to fill out just the preparer´s section or the interpreter´s section as well?

I filled out the preparer part. No problem my case got approved

If your spouse speaks and reads English clearly, there is no need to fill out either of those sections, because you worked together to fill it out.  If you needed to "interpret" then you are BOTH the interpreter and preparer.

That's what i thought just needed someone to clear that up for me, Thank's alot pushbrk you sure are a valueable asset to these forums. I greatly appreciate your helpful responce and look forward to hear from you in the near future.
