I am in the same situation and just called the clerk of courts at my county.  They will charge $20 for certifying the divorce order.  It is a 2 page document that states that the marriage is dissolved (order of granting marriage dissolution).  But there is also another 20 page document that is called "filed stipulation". It has all the guts of the decree like schedule, holiday time, etc etc etc.  The county charges 50 cents per page plus $20 to certify.

My question is , is the 2 page certified order is good enough or I need the the 2 page order and filed stipulation?  My fiancee may get an interview date in June at MTL.

Thanks again.

So you think, just the 2 page divorce statement (or whatvever it is called) that states court has granted and ordered the dissolution of marriage is enough?

Thanks!

That is what I always used. I have few divorces. I have done a few K1''s

First time I got certified copies being the newbie and being worried, last couple of times I just sent in regular photo copies from what I got from my state court.  Some had a couple of pages, some were longer.  I requested copy of my divorce decree and sent them in

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

I have read many RFE’s as a result of not including both pages. You ABSOLUTLEY need to have both pages of the divorce decree that shows the court disposition and that the divorce is final.  Just search divorce decree here and you will see what I mean. At our interview we got a 221G for the divorce decree and thanks be to God we were approved and it only set us back 37 days. You need to present the certified copies at NVC stage and copies only at the USCIS stage. Good luck and Godspeed
