how many passport picture of me should i send in my AOS..also i have 2 NOA2 because my K1 visa petition was already approved but then it was affected by the IMBRA so my it has to be returned again to the USCIS for RFE..so which one should i send the first NOA2 we recieved or the second NOA2 that we got when we were approved for the second time? and also does my husband also need to fill up the G-325A and submit also passport photo?

The AOS, AP, and EAD applications require two photos each.

Send the most recent NOA2 letter. This just shows proof of current status.

The US citizen does not need to fill out a G-325A.

7/21/06: IMBRA RFE received by CSC

8/22/06: NOA2

9/8/06: Case arrives at NVC

9/16/06: NVC departure letter received

9/22/06: Left NVC bound for China

10/6/06: Case arrives at Guangzhou consulate

10/20/06: Received Packet 3

10/26/06: Sent DS-230 back to consulate

11/9/06: Sent OF-169 back to consulate

11/25/06: Completed Medical Exam in Beijing
