what is beneficiary # and it's purpose?

1. Beneficiary number is for electronic processing? such pivot cases?

2. If the beneficiary's country is known/listed as Non- pivot cases  or traditional process, but the applicant & petitioner received  beneficiary# , will it be relevant on their case?

3. Beneficiary number, composed with " eight digits no letter" is that the one intended for ds260?

 

Almost done, did all, just waiting for ds260 to be accessible, suddenly received an email with our case#, invoice number and beneficiary number without any instruction.......

You aren't making any sense.  Did you receive an earlier email listing six steps?  Those are the instructions.  The new email provides information needed to complete the earlier instructions.

yes we did

 

but the call rep. from nvc told us to send our aos package ahead so that is why ds260 is our last step....

so we received 3 emails statin case #, invoice and bin... We asked some beneficiary's in her country they do no know about it and did not used it, so we are wondering if it is relevant because we received 3x email without instruction we are figuring where will  we used it.

If you don't receive any instructions to use it, you won't use it.  It really is that simple.  If anything ever asks for it, you have it.
