Good day dear VJayers.

 

I'm having pretty confusing situation.

I hope you can help me with my question.

 

I've  completed my medical exam in Feb 2018 and I have done all necessary vaccines except for influenza.

Doctor told me it's seasonal and since it was almost end of the season I've decided not to do the flu shot.

 

Now I have the updated DS-3025 where on the bottom I have next marked: "K-Visa applicant electing to not be vaccinated at this examination".

 

I have nothing marked on my influenza section. 

 

Here are my 2 questions:

1) Will I be fine sending DS-3025 as is since we're not in the flu season anymore or I should go to Civil Surgeon and get my 3025 transcribed to I693?

2) If I go to the doctor to fill out I693 do I need to do the Flu shot or it's not necessary since it's past flu season at this moment.

 

Much obliged for any thoughts or suggestions!
