I recently received a returned I-485 and I-765 application, siting incorrect payment amount.

I submitted a total of $1,125 for application and biometric fee based on the instructions on the I-485 page. It said I do not need to file the $410 I-765 filing fee if I'm filing with my I-485.

Please help me understand what fees I should be filing if this incorrect.

I am a 38 year old Male.

My GOD! How embarrassing (hanging head in shame) Thank you.

Do you know if I still need to file a separate fee for the I-765 if I'm filing with my I-485? There was a notice saying I didn't supply proper payment for that form either, but the instructions state I don't need to if filing together.

We are in the AOS process now. We submitted 3 weeks ago, received NOA1s for all three papers a week and a half ago and have the biometrics appointment scheduled for next week so I GUESS everything is okay with what I did? I just put a check with the total of $1225 in an envelope in my packet and made it out to what they said in the instructions packet (I believe it was the US Department of Homeland Security).

Sooooo, I re-submitted over a week ago. I sent via Fedex, so they received last Monday. Typically the checks get cashed within a few days of receipt. It's now been a week.

Am I just being neurotic or should I be concerned? I filled the $1225.

Mine was cashed in a few days, but I have read others say it has taken them 2-3 weeks.
