Hello Good Day to you all. I just want to get an advice from you guys but let me I apologize first if you already have an answered questions like mine. I am a Filipino citizen working in Macau (presently). I am married with two children. My wife and I had been separated for almost 7 years now. I was in Saudi Arabia (2011) when she got involved with another party and as a result she got pregnant and had a child. After few years i meet my partner also a Filipino Citizen and we we've been together for almost 5 years but she is now in the US (for work). We are having problems with my status because we cannot get married and get me in to US with her. I already filled Annulment but it seems that the proceeding is very slow almost 2 years now we still don't have the result and i haven't went to court yet even once. We are so disappointed and now trying to look for an alternative (a faster way). I heared that its possible to get a divorce in Hong Kong but I really don't know how and also no idea if it will be valid in the US. I also have no idea which establishment in hong kong to go and whom to talk to.

I will be very glad if someone could help me with my concern since I am just new here and no idea with regards to divorce and

You live in Macau, why are you seeking divorce in Hong Kong? What is your connection to Hong Kong?

we are completely separated entities and we have our own judicial systems, independent of each other.

Check macau’s family court and see if they would let you divorce there.

Hi Mcdull. I am working in Macau (working visa). I just read from other forum that there are a few of filipino's filed divorce in hong kong and i thought Hong Kong is the only place we can file divorce easily. So you mean its possible to also file it in Macau? May I ask if you know any person or agency where i can process my divorce?
