Hi folks, 

We are waiting for the second follow up letter to come for those of us who had the case was transferred update that happened recently. Was curious to know if anyone did recieve that letter already. Thank you 🐳

Do you mean for the ROC folks?

 

I got a letter dated the 3rd saying my case was transferred and a letter dated the 2nd saying I had been approved for ROC and to expect my green card in 60 days.

 

I also received a letter at the end of April from Cleveland saying I had been approved for ROC.

 

Seems like a mess, I don't think my actual file was "transferred". I bet it was some system upgrade which led to the erroneous emails.

Yeah N400 applicant with ROC pending. Was not sure if the transfer was tied to N400 or not. I got one letter so far stating tranfer to NBC. No follow up letter so far. Thank you so much for your input, that gives me much hope.🌼
