How long does the beneficiary have to file the paperwork from embassy?

Hello,

I just got the NOA2 in the mail about a week ago which is exciting, but my fiance is supposed to be out of her home country from may 26th to July 27th. I know she's supposed to receive some documents from the embassy, but I can't find anything detailing what and if there's any sort of deadline to file them. 

 

Will it likely be ok if she receives the package in June sometime but can't respond until the end of July? Or would that completely mess things up? She's from Russia if that helps any.

The petition approval validity is four mos. and can be extended by the IV unit up to 1 year at the applicant's request

 

If you go to the Moscow website all of the information she will need is posted so the need to receive any kind of package is not needed
