I sent the california service center our I-751 application via priority mail, but forgot to get delivery confirmation. (Worst mistake I know!)

It's been about two/three weeks. They haven't cashed our check yet and I haven't received any NOA letter either.

The two year anniversary of the wife's cr-1 is june 24th. I'm starting to get nervous and not sure If I should resend the application.

NVC

11/18/04 Case Received. (Called to ask on 11/24/04, they said it takes 6-8 weeks for any updates)

11/26/04 Assigned Case Number!!!

12/02/04 Called IRS to get Tax Transcripts for past 3 years.

12/8/04 Receive Tax-Transcripts

12/6/04 NVC says it issues DS-3032 & I-864 (AOS) Fee bill

12/9/04 They Actually mail out the bills

12/11/04 My Brother Flies to India. Hand deliver's DS-3032 to my wife. He Begins his winter vacation.

12/14/04 Receive the I-184 Bill

12/15/04 Express Mail a Cashier's Check to St. Louis for I-864 bill

12/16/04 Delivered I-864 Bill at 10:54 am on December 16, 2004 in SAINT LOUIS, MO 63195 to US BANK 63195. The item was signed for by H HORN.

12/21/04 Get Wife's Signed Downloaded DS-3032.

12/21/04 USPS Express mail the Signed DS-3032, wrote case number at top, and attached my copy of the DS-3032 sent to her w/Barcode.

12/22/04 Your item was delivered at 11:54 am on December 22, 2004 in PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801 to VISA. The item was signed for by S MERFELD.

12/28/04 NVC says they received the DS-3032 on 12/27/04

12/26/04 *** NVC Resends the I-184 fee bill ***

01/03/05 ** Called NVC they say please allow 10-15 days to process the I-864 fee bill, do not send another Check ***

01/04/05 ** NVC Automated Message Says IV Bill was generated on 01/03/05

01/13/05 Receive IV Bill (Bill is postmarked 01/10/05)

01/15/05 Mailed out IV Bill

01/17/05 IV Bill delivered. Your item was delivered at 3:51 am on January 17, 2005 in SAINT LOUIS, MO 63195 to US BANK 63195. The item was signed for by H HORN.

01/24/05 Receive the I-864 Finally! It is post marked 01/19/05. The letter inside is dated 01/09/05.

01/27/05 Express mailed the I-864

01/31/05 NVC Says they Received it

02/04/05 CALLED NVC! Where's the DS-230??? still waiting for St. Louis to recognize my Money.

02/07/05 THEY SAY THEY HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE IV-BILL

02/14/05 DS-230 Generated and mailed

02/17/05 Flying to India to see my wife!

02/23/05 Return from India

02/24/05 I will Express mail the DS-230

02/25/05 Delivered

02/28/05 DS-230 Recognized as received by the NVC. Please allow 6-8 weeks and we'll contact you.

**** CASE COMPLETE ****

03/24/05 Automated system says Package has been forwarded to the Embassy on 03/23/05

04/19/05 Emailed Asking when the interview Will be

04/20/05 Received Response: "At this point, no interview has been scheduled. We hope to offer a date in June or July."

05/10/2005 Got the news Interview in June 14th!

06/14/2005 INTERVIEW DAY!!!!

06/20/2005 Visa In hand!

I would give it at least a couple more weeks. Also, not sure if re-sending the package will be any help.

You need to wait 45 day before they will do anything. Both California and Vermont has adjusted their time for logging in your petition and sending your your notice as of Monday, May 1st.

If you got the address correct on your receipt, then don't worry. It the waiting that is the killer. Best of luck.

Check my sigature. Check has been cashed but no response at all yet. Its been about 5 weeks. Please do keep me updated.

Has CSC slowed down everyone? or is it just us two?

Here's some reassurance --- we mailed our packet to CSC on April 16th and the check was just encashed on May 2. If our timelines are similar, you should see your check cashed in the next week or so. Good luck!

AOS

Mar 12th, 2005, Found a post on VJ that chula vista office is taking apps in person and they are giving interview dates on spot.

Mar 13th, Got InfoPass appointment for Mar 15th.

Mar 15, Got interview date (AOS 4/21/05)

Mar 31st, Got finger printed (1.5 hr process)

Apr 21st, Had our interview. Everything went fine except missing 2 docs.

Apr 21st, Mail vaccinations and bank records

June 15th, no letter from <!--WORD2URL-01--><!--END WORD2URL-01-->USCIS<!--WORD2URL-02--><!--END WORD2URL-02-->.

June 16th, Called congressman and made inquiry.

June 17th, Congressman called and said we were approved.

June 23rd, Approval notice in the mail. Yaaaaa

[i751 Removal of Condition]

Mar 30th package received by CSC.

April 6th check cashed.

Aug 25th biometrix appointment but couldn't make as wife was having baby

Sep 5th went in and had biometrix appointment taken.

Sep 24th received letter stating they received our biometrix and we are pending now.

Oct 5th received email about approval notice.

Oct 9th Card Received!!!!

Now to Citizenship phase!!

The check was Cashed on Friday. So now I'm not so worried. Just waiting for the letter I suppose.

Hi j-manu - you mentioned that California has adjusted their time for logging in petitions. Can you give more information on that? My check for I-751 cleared on April 6th but I still don't have NOA...
