My husband has a voluntary deportation,  this must happen in order for him to get a cita in Juarez Mx.  We already have the Pardon, all he has to do is leave U.S, does anyone know what consulate he can go to? he needs to get the deportation papers signed proving he left USA.  Website says he has go to Juerez MX... but other people have told me he can go to any US embassy can anyone confirm.  We are going to Michoacan MX and wait there for his cita.  Someone suggested he can go to el DF, Mexico City

What department is he to report to?  If for example he need to report to the immigration Visa unit, then Juarez is the only consulate in Mexico with this department

YMMV

Yes Juerez would be where he needs to report to (according to website) however my attorney said we can also go to the US embassy near where he will be staying... In our case the nearest Embassy is Mexico City.

The Juarez consulate is the only one that handles K1 & CR-1 visas. However, he will need to get his biometrics and medical done before the interview, he can do that in the ASC and Medical Clinic in Mexico City, or in Juarez a few days prior to the interview.

You might want to check with your attorney again, the consulate in Mexico City doesn't hold interviews for immigrant visas. If you live in Mexico City or Estate of Mexico, you MUST get your biometrics and medical done there, but the interview will always be in Juarez.
