I’m aware she’s Montreal which is why I gave her link to interview instructions for Canada/Montreal. I was wrong at first and I admit that and apologised to her. I hope you can put this to rest as I only mean well.

I was able to schedule an appointment today. It's within 5 weeks, so decent time. They had a couple of slots available and I picked up the earliest one. Now need to do the medicals and vaccinations.
