& when my priority Date is current I’ll need to “Seek to Acquire” within 1 year by filing DS-260?

& I’m I protected under CSPA & if so , for how long?

I get 19 years 6 months 21 days using this https://www.***removed***/cspa-calculator.do;jsessionid=F0F76877692019E8F3E764BA8F2FA8CD

Of course no one can definitively answer your first question because we don’t know when your PD will be current. But on the assumption from the latest VB that it’ll be 5-6 months, you’ll be fine.
