Ok so i've skimmed over my application all week long. I feel like i'm ready to send it. Pages 10 11 and 12 they ask about a person preparing the application do i write in n/a or leave blank? So I put my application in a binder and made Three different sections. Section one is the application, how we met attachment, letter of intent, proof that i am an american citizen ( pages of passport) The next section is proof of having met in the last two years. In that section I have all the copies of my passport stamps, hotel reservations, boarding passes, airbnb receipts,   flight itineraries and pictures of me and him and me with his family. The last section which i'm not sure is really needed is, proof of an ongoing relationship. I have facebook posts, instagram posts, messages between us two in a form of a screenshot, I have a witness statement from my mother. She has met him and they speak regularly. I have a screen shot of our mutual friends on facebook. I have tons of call logs. Like I stated before I'm not sure if this is needed but I heard front loading is good.  My screenshots are in photo form not sure how I should organize them.  Beneficiary is from DR.

I put N/A for person preparing the application because I prepared it myself.  You sound like you have everything down! I did not frontload and I had no issues getting approved. So, yes, frontloading is never necessarily a bad thing. You could organize your screenshots in chronological order so it is more organized but I am sure it wouldn't make a big difference!

You probably need your birth certificate too, or evidence of naturalization. They stopped accepting US passport as proof of citizenship (passports are State Department not USCIS)

Proof of on going relationship is only maybe needed at the interview stage, not petition. Also, get all your documents out of that binder. Send the documents alone, no binder, sheet protector or anything. USCIS will not accept that. Just put everything in an envelope with a cover letter.

My birth certificate is old and worn. Ugh!!! I don’t know if they’ll accept the copy.

Yes, they will. Ours were too.

So skip the binder. And just maybe a Clíp at the top. I don’t want the check to go missing. And what about my pictures. They are in photo protectors. Just Clip them altogether?

I sent everything in a big pile. My photos were literally in the envelope I sent. I had no binder, no clips, no photo protectors. Everything was kind of just together (organized).

From what I understand, they don’t want things sent in binders, but appreciate 2-hole punches across the top of the files to accommodate their filing system. That’s what we did. https://www.uscis.gov/forms-filing-tips

I did not have any fancy or elaborate file system.

I had 3 folders.

1st was I-129F, check, cover letter, addendum (extra pages for more explanation)

2nd was material documents (passports, birth certificates, death and divorce certificates, etc)

3rd was relationship evidence (photos, boarding passes, phone records, receipts)

Related items were paper clipped or binder clipped together depending on thickness.

Everything was a copy of originals, except there were some original photos, but those are easy to reprint if necessary. Dont send the originals of government docs unless they specifically ask for it or if you have duplicate originals to take to the interview.

4 pounds of paper shoved in a fedex box that was delivered to USCIS yesterday ;)

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

Make sure you include a table of contents if you haven’t already and organized them in the order of how they are bulleted. That way the reviewing official can find specific documents as needed. I sent my in a plastic accordion style file to separate each section then a cover sheet per each section listing what’s included in that particular section. Thankfully no RFE by the grace of God! There are a lot of youtube videos you should check out and see how others have organized their application I recommend to use it as a guide. Also I am a naturalized citizen so I sent a copy my certificate. Never send any original documents as you will need originals or official copies at the NVC stage. Good luck and may you have a wonderful journey Godspeed.
