Hi,

I am in the process of submitting my I-485 form along with the EAD and Advance paroled.

I wanted some suggestion to see if there are any additional information/evidences that I should submit along with my I-485?  Or is it just the standard form that I should send in.

Please help, I really appreciate it.

Some will say add a lot of things. We simply added our marriage certificate, copy of apartment lease showing both our names, and a copy showing we had a joint savings account together (kept separate checking accounts though).. We had no issues. We didn't even bother with any photos or anything. Just court house wedding so wasn't like much to show really.

Now, those are some basic things; but you can do like some wedding photos. Maybe copy of being added to health insurance plan, life insurance policies, cell phone plans, utility bills in both names,  ect.. those are all good things too.

We  submitted a certified copy of our marriage certificate, a copy of my wife's original birth certificate translated to English, her I-94, her approved I-129F, her K1 Visa affixed to her passport, and a letter from my employer stating my employment with the company.

You do not need to submit proof of relationship like photos, shared bank statements, credit card statements, etc. They are not needed for the AOS. You will need these for the ROC petition 2 yrs later, however.
