We are looking at relocating from Kansas City, Kansas to Naples FL for my husbands career. I will remain in my current position and work virtually from Florida.

I have been in my position for 1 year in June 2018, we have been in Kansas City for 18 months and my removal of conditions will need to be applied for in January I believe as my GC expires in April.

My question is how will the move affect me - I would need to alert USCIS of my new address and then would I submit my ROC application and all future interaction with the Fort Myers FL USCIS office?

ROC application goes to the USCIS service center not the local office

You will need to report your address change as soon as it happens (AR11) and your hubby will to as long as he has an in effect I-864 (I-865)

YMMV
