Marriage based AOS interview without my husband

Good afternoon everyone! I have a very different opinions. The situation is this: in July 25th I filed for AOS with EAD and AP but received my EAD only last week and last week also I applied for SSN. Yesterday my status was changed on "interview was scheduled"  and I'm waiting now for notice to arrive. There are several problems I am facing right now:

1) my husband will be on his TDY until September and will not be able to attend interview at all. But his family will come with me to support me. And even though an officer in my field office assured me it's okay and will not affect a dessicion at all, as long as I bring my husband's orders, I was reading a plenty of articles where layers are telling it's strictly mandatory for a spouse to show up.

2) we don't have any joint documents at all. Because we are constantly moving we didn't sign a leasing or renting contract. I often have driving license (going to start learning next week) and also, this whole time I didn't work and didn't have SSN and we also don't have a joint bank account. But there are plenty of documents showing that I'm in his DoD account, I have military ID card with his name as a sponsor, I a beneficiary of his Tricare health insurance etc... Will that be enough for officer to see it's a bona fide marriage or I'm screwed?

Ok first off you are in a different situation because your husband is military than regular people.

1. As long as you bring his orders showing that he is on TDY at that time you will be fine so don't worry about that.

2. This is problematic because you guys are not acting like couple by not combing any type of finances at all. You need to at least get some joint accounts.

Not having SSN is not a real excuse to not have any co-mingling finances. Bank of America lets you get a bank account without SSN at most branches. Your spouse should've added you to his credit card so you have your own that he could've paid for or at least added you as an authorized user.

I didn't have a lease or renting contract at our AOS interview either. Other bona fide proof for me was cell phone contract for both of us together, gym membership that shows that I am on my husband's account and he's paying for it, utility account in both our names (besides the joint bank account statements and shared health insurance)

While I am sure it's not going to screw you over that you don't have any co-mingling of finances at this point, it doesn't really help your situation at all and might raise some questions. Just explain why you weren't able to do so (yet)

Bring orders and you'll be fine. Worst case scenario they will ask you to reschedule.

Um, Ok. Military members aren't really constantly moving and you have to live somewhere. You can easily be added to either lease on base housing or renting lease - I assume you guys don't live under the bridge.  :P Another thing, you can easily open a joint bank account. You can get some shared bills - like Internet or Phone bills. Military ID and Tricare are alright, but might not be enough when you can have more evidences.

Other examples, Power of Attorney with your name on it, Life insurance paperwork, etc.

Im sorry, I will write in rus, its faster for me :)

Well like I was saying before, it returned back to the office because postman just wasn't even bothered to try to deliver it. And the like officer was telling, it took them 3 months to reply on my service request, 1 month to send my request to storage facility and 2 month to send it out to me
