Nervous! Money order not cashed after 1 month.

Hello,

 

I submitted my form I-751 within the 90 days and it was received April 6th 2018.

 

I’m checking everyday and my money order has not been cashed, I’ve not received an NOA and it’s been 4 weeks now.

 

Does any one have any advice on what to do next? My green card expires on June 11th and I’m a little nervous.

I would be nervous to.  You should have receive the I-797 within 10-14 days

I’ve read elsewhere it can take 4-5 weeks.

If 4-5 weeks is normal processing then you are still within that window.  Do you have delivery verification?

That’s an answer from immigration lawyers on other forums asked by people in the same situation. But to be honest, they could be anybody.

 

Yes, I have delivery verification. Delivered at Laguna Niguel on April 6th at 11:08am.

Please any one? The number I called won’t let me talk to a person. I’m really at a loss what to do and my 2 year resident card expires a month today.

I have the same problem. My form was delivered April 6th. No receipt till now and money order has not been cashed. My job has stopped me from working and my green card is expired.im worried sick

Read the April 2018 board - there are hundreds of posts about this and what to do - CSC is backed up to up to 60 days on responses and VSC is backed up to about 30 days
