White 221G issued please urgent help

Can someone help am going crazy.

I went for k1 visa interview on 1st of May Abudhabi, the CO then gave me form 221g saying that i need to provide 'Non marriage certificate' ..i travelled back to my home country got this document and attested it then on Sunday returned it back to Consulate, the lady at the window recieved it and took my passport then said that it will be returned back to me after 7 days...

3 days later i got back my passport blank...no stamp on it now am confused

1..was i rejected

2..did i leave the brown envelop at Mpost

3..do Abudhabi stamp visa on passport?

I checked online and status shows under AP...

Am stresed and confused please advice.

My guess is that they returned your passport because AP will take a while, and as a foreigner in the country you need to have your passport on you. They might ask you to bring your passport back when AP is done.

 

But to find out the true reason, you will have to contact the Consulate.

Visa is a sticker not a stamp and is placed on a page in your passport

Mariekeh your answer actually make sense...

Yes am foreigner here you are right ..i sent email to consulate..but you know sometimes they dont reply.
