Hey guys!!

I know this might be a silly question but I'm really curious. Sorry if i have to ask lol.

At SLEC during medical if i have my menstruation, will they allow  it? I know they take urine tests, I noticed on regular medical exams they don't take urine tests if you have your period. They would ask you to come back and do the urine test a week after your period. Could it be the same at SLEC as well?

I'm gonna have my medical on june 4th im afraid i would have my period during that time 😕😕😕

Thanks for any of your responses.!!

SLEC did have a notice about waiting until one week after to complete the medical, but that notice was removed  so not sure anymore.    Sorry.

Did they schedule the appointment for you? My brother took his fiancee for medical exam without the appointment date before the interview of course. Why not you do the same?

Hank's right. In the past they wanted you to wait till about a week after the conclusion of your menstrual cycle before doing your medical. It'd be advisable to change your plans.  We would be curious if that still is the recommendation so if you don't mind return back here after your medical appointment and let us know what SLEC states is the practice concerning this.

My future step daughter had her period during the exam.  She was told that if they detected blood in the urine she would have to come back. She was given the opportunity to wipe down good before giving the urine sample and she passed her medical.

I was always told you had to remove your underwear

Yes. Men and women they will look into. But don’t worry it’s not like they’re going to stare a long time or touch it. At least for me the lady doctor just look a couple seconds. 🤣

No they didn't for my fiancee or daughter.  They never had panties off.  Their only concern was a contaminated urine sample.
