you keep talking about trump hooking up with stormy and that's not even an issue. evidently? what evidence are you referring to? why did trump deny the payment was ever made and then turn around and admit that is was? doesn't sound like black mail to me.

There has not been any clarification or established claim as to the truthfulness that Ms. Daniels ever demanded payment as in a type of blackmail. She had sex with him, in exchange for something he never gave her. She went about her business elsewhere, and wanted to talk about it. It appears that she simply had her silence in the matter 'bought'. However the assertion is that the manner it was done, was not legal, or that the contract was in violation. We'll eventually get to the truth of the matter on that.

 

It's kind of like if Monica had sex with Bill. She wanted to talk about it and he sent some goons to threaten to break her kneecaps if she didn't take a tiny sum to shut up about it, then got a shady fixer to arrange a strange contract that wasn't really too legal. I imagine there'd have been a lot of screaming pundits back then about it, if it had happened that way.
