Curious how long you will continue to wait, as you've waited a year now for them to render a decision (to the point, legally USCIS must take no more than 120 days from the interview date)?

Your choice, of course---other options have been outlined in this thread.

going to info pass on Thursday and i going ask about the 120 day dead line that have to make a decision. let see what they say.

Well see what they say, however keep in mind most probable that a USCIS infopass, at a USCIS field office, and where USCIS employees work, is going to be biased with USCIS and tell you to "keep waiting" as they have already said before.

That's why senator or congress person or lawsuit was suggested---provides you with an outside party to try to intervene on your behalf.

Be prepared to hear something like "we can take as long as we like" (wrapped up politely); "pending security checks"; or "wait another 120 days".

In your situation I would file a 1447(b) action without hesitation, but of course it's up to you.

Follow up with your application such as, infopass, online inquiry, involve seneters and US representives, also look into USCIS ombusman.

Writ or law suit will cost you thousands and you will have a similar outcome.

remmember no matter what you do, they will take their time.

Keep bothering them as they are bothering you :)

So have you given further thought to inquiring with a 3rd party to step in at this point, since it's been over a year without movement?  Up to you, of course, if you want to continue to just wait it out.
