I got my I130 approved Feb 2014 at that time my daughter was 20 yrs of age.

Then went through NVC process which was approved Dec 14 "IR5" visa category. Had daughter selected as join at later date.

Can anyone please help understand what are next steps can we file I485 directly or some other form?

Or since she aged out by few months do we need to file CSPA.

Thanks in advance

Sorry there are no derivatives allowed in the IR categories so your daughter isn’t qualified to be added in your case. Once you enter the US using your IR5 visa that’s the time you can file an i130 for her.
