NOA2: Nov 8

Now I need to go figure out what the next steps are to be ready ahead of time.

What does it mean when your case offline from the uscis case tracker?? I didn't get it.

Unfortunately for progress on our cases, today's a federal holiday, so they really aren't doing anything today, and we won't even be able to catch a silent approval in the mail (unless it just got there after the last time you checked).

A few timelines were updated (and some added) over the weekend, though; we're now at 105/304 May I-129-F timelines showing a NOA2.

Hmm. Nice. Though they don't say anything about the service centers (where they don't actually see people) there.

I called the uscis customer service number and it said due to today’s federal holiday customer representatives will not be available and gave me the option to go to the automated service , I of course hung up , I just wanted to confirm they are closed

You'll need your Eligibility Letter, which is emailed from USEM. Here is an example of what it looks like http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/embassy-letter.html

Hi @Greenbaum! Is it true that the eligibility letter is needed in USEM K1 visa interview? I heard that it takes ages to receive this letter. Is it a mandatory requirement?
