Thanks Greenbaum right now I’m exhausted with this and I would almost want an RFE just so I know something is happening but with these two bits of info today to be honest it kicked me in the gut just thinking it’s sitting somewhere. I appreciate you as always and I pray your right. To all my buds here in May what does make me happy is seeing you get approved as I know what your going through:)

In the event that down the road you ask a question of this process and you're looking for an answer one would have to know the embassy that your interviewing at in order for us to answer the question. It's kinda how it works around here.

Oh nevermind. 🙃

Lol... I still didn't get why u asked me to update my data as my country and my consulate/embassy data is already present and up-to-date. I would love to know if you noticed any specific thing in my profile that compelled you to suggest me about the embassy thing. You are quite active, I am sure you must have noticed something important. :) Thanks.

@Greenbaum Is the above reply of yours regarting embassy and country specific to me? If yes, then I didn't get it. Can you explain cauz I haven't asked anything related to that. Thanks :)

@Greenbaum I followed the path that you provided regarding filling "Immigration info". It asks to update the name of the country where you are immigrating from.

What if I am living in a different country where I am just a temporary resident due to my work and that's not my native country but I have chosen the US consulate/embassy in that country as the place where I would want to be interviewed as it would be easy for me to interview there since I am residing there.

In such a case, as a beneficiary, what country shud I use under the question "Immigrating from"? Should it be the country where I am a temporary resident and will be giving my interview or should it be my native country?

Thanks for your kind assistance. :)
