@Greenbaum Is the above reply of yours regarting embassy and country specific to me? If yes, then I didn't get it. Can you explain cauz I haven't asked anything related to that. Thanks :)

In my request to update your profile I offered the reasons why and where you can go to complete you profile. Is it country specific? NO, but it does help those who want to help answer any of your questions concerning this process. Ever embassy is different. I for one am too busy helping others to stop and try and figure out what country someone is from so that I can provide an answer. Do you have to complete your profile NO. Do I have to go searching to what country you are asking your questions from NO.

Thank you. Trying to gauge or kinda guage if I'm to panic to tears. I seem good so far.  Both of us were previously married.  By submission, I meant anything that would cause more scrutiny.   Thank you for the info.

I am a third petition filer, approved after 172 days

YMMV

Yes, as a part of IMBRA, a USC is limited in the number of petitions that they can file (second within 2 years or on your third).  If you exceed the limit you must be granted a waiver

YMMV

When I called two weeks ago they told me, you are very far throughout the process and nothing was found so you should be good to go. The T2 agent told me you will hear from us in the next couple of weeks. Sure enough today I was approved.
