CSC was two months behind Vermont, now it is one month behind.

Yes, approvals and decisions  are moving faster 😃

Though the data for Vermont always has small sample size issues (and of course you don't actually want your case there, because the cases that get transferred to Vermont usually involve petitioners with a criminal record or other issues that make denials a lot more likely).

Hi all.  Quick question:

On the NOA1, for our timeline:

should I list the “notice date” or the “received date”?

Thanks in advance!

I list my received date and my noa2 have my received date on it too not the notice date. Just my two cents.

When you use the website (USCIS) old one..the date listed is the "received date"  the new site (USCIS) will have a few days off that.  All the apps use the rec'dates pulling from USCIS also. Check for your comfort and adjust accordingly.  Good luck as we all wait.

It is just a few days either way.  The USCISAPP shows the earlier “notice date”... however, I listed the “received” date for my timeline.  I was surprised when the app used the earlier date 😬. I guess I’m just picking up on all the excitement of you May filers.  Indeed, we all wait🧡

Oh! Wow.. that changes the timeline by 5 days!  In a good way 😊 thanks for the quick response!

Thank you!! Yea I entirely forgot the top one and I'm trying to edit it but it won't let me delete the image and reupload a new one. I wonder if someone could give me a little help with this matter ^_^
