So you got an email and you could see the letter head the day you received the noa2 in the mail? Sorry just curious to know how it works.

Yes, they send low-rez scans of most non-advertising mail.  The day my NOA2 was arriving, I saw this in the email:

If you download usps app and sign up for informed delivery you can digitally preview your mail and packages that are set to arrive soon. You can view the exterior of the letter. I thought it would be cool to have knowing that some of our noa2s will be coming in the mail in the next few weeks. ( fingers crossed )

@Greenbaum or anyone that may know I have a question about form I-134. I read online somewhere that if your income is sufficient, then you don't have to list your real estate information. Does anyone know if this is correct or not? Also, any guidance on question #38 would be appreciated it's asking about dollar amount that I will give my fiance and I don't want to answer incorrectly.

@NicholeT Firstly, I have never heard anything about not listing real estate because your income is sufficient. My fiance income is more than enough and we listed everything (real estate, stock, his car value etc) it can't hurt to put them it will just show that you are more than able to support your fiance and he/she will not become a public charge. For question 38 you need to select "I intend" and state briefly how you intend to do so in part 7 (additional information)

Ok thank you, I just got a little confused when I read that. As of question 38, yes I know to check the intend box but not sure what kind of statement is needed (if it's ok to say that my income will be shared with my fiance or a correct dollar amount USCIS is looking for).

No need to list real estate if you are above the poverty level. Do what do will do.

In the new revised I-134 form dated 11/30/2018 - Question #38 now regards contributions.  You leave the yes/no boxes "unchecked" and your explanation is submitted in Part 7 on page 8 of the new form.

You will do this:
3.a. "Page 4"
3.b. "Part Number 3"
3.c. "Item Number 38"
3.d. "N/A (K1 Visa Process For Permanent Residence)"

Nope. At least, it only works for a US address and has to be your own, and if you're the foreign fiancée and you've got a US address, I don't think you'd be doing this ...
