Good morning all, where do you find how many days your case has been active? I've checked both sites and can't seem to find it. Also, I saw this answered in VJ somewhere but exactly which date are you all using for your time line, the one from the old site or new site? Thanks in advance!

You can download USCIS application to your phone.

For NOA1 date, it should be quite literally date of Notice listed on your NOA1 form (I-797C) From what I gather "old" site uses "date received" which is also listed on your NOA1 form, but that is date when they got your 129F package, not the date when NOA1 was actually issued.

Helll May Fillers! Days are passing by. We are getting closer. I have mixed emotions. Feeling excited and nervous at the same time.

So when we sent our 129f together with the evidences of bona fide rel. We did not noticed that the chatlog's font are small but we sent a lot of chatlog's in that packet. Like 6 chatlogs in 1 paper. The reason is I did not noticed that the font of my cellphone is small. Is it okay?

I feel the same way!!! I’m 127 days in!!! My friend just scheduled her interview for her Dominican fiancé as well and I’m a little jealous. She’s a filed in feb. I think the font is fine as long as it’s legible.

It's going to be fine they way it is. As long as it is legible and readable then no problems.

@PA2DR @Greenbaum It is legible and readable as long as you put it really close to ur face to read it. I am using samsung. My screenzoom was small and my font was tiny. I just really hope it's okay. Gosh. This whole process is nerve wracking 😁

@PA2DR we will be there soon-est sister 😁

Hi guys I am May filler as well, I have been following this topic for quite a while, never think to join the conversation but I am really stressed right now.

Yesterday, I just realized that my fiance makes a very big mistake for the 129F documents that he sent, He didn't send 2 passport photo of us instead, he only prints our photos on A4 normal paper. The result is the photo is really blur and didn't follow the requirement. I just read the article that  USCIS Memo on Denying Cases Without Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny. Do you guys think that UCSIS will reject my petition? What should I do? :(

First the memo doesn't relate to the 129f people. Second, you can look forward to an RFE for the pictures at which time you send them the correct ones. Wait for their correspondence. Just sit tight. That process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on a number of factors that you have no control over.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Yes I have noticed to it's stuck on March 10, but we know USCIS has actually approved a March 28th filer. I guess there are many folks not registered here or who fail to make their timeline.

Hello guys,

So I am getting very anxious because I was lurking April's filers and noticed that they got all excited because they got two approvals for April, they got April 2nd and April 6th. So I guess our wait is coming to an end...

Is anyone here requesting a K2 Visa or preferably follow to join? I am researching what I would need to bring to the interview to request follow to join for my fiance's child. We won't be bringing him with us at the time of the interview.
