125 days today... almost half of waiting for noa2. I feel like it’s getting closer lol. Just patiently waiting 😊

Yes just a couple more months to the magic "6 months", but please realize at this point we are lucky if we receive our NOA2 at or near the 6 month period. We hope and pray we do, but just be advised as to not be disappointed should it go beyond. At any rate we are very close and these next few months should prove to be interesting for us. Can't wait for the first May filer to get their NOA2 and announce it here.

I am so not expecting for RFE. Looll

Is it true that USCIS tend to be slower during Dec-Jan? I kinda hope to hear something around December but seems like it might fall on January also. Oh well. Just as long it's a good news.

Hi everyone! I know I’ve seen this information somewhere, but how am I able to see which date the USCIS California service center is processing real time? Thanks!

Hi! Press menu on the top right, choose processing times.

Scroll all the way down, the information is there.

What you can see here are what VJ posters self-report. Since cases aren't consistently posted to the system behind the old web site, it's probably the best information you can get, and there are probably enough of those for a reasonably representative sample, but you have to keep that in mind. Only about 10% of K-1 couples ever make a timeline here, and some of those don't keep it updated.

Good points. Thank you. Where can the info be found on the new web site?

I'm not sure of the new site but I usually check it here https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

It's almost always one week behind the information on VJ.

That date  on their site is always exactly 210 days from today. That why you see people here talking about "magical 210 days" (aka 7 x 30 days.. approximately 7 months) It is not accurate representation of what they are actually processing.

Oh I see now.... Thank you for clarifying.

I wonder whether there's a way to find out exactly which date they are processing. I know some early Marchies got their approval last week. I assume people be getting approval after they had their background checked? Means, they touched March fillers since two weeks ago.

Unless there's a possibility people got an approval without background check?

I got this informative link from the March 2018 filers and thought it would be useful to us here. I think it's based on the old site, but it gives you some insight on what our month looks like.

It looks like most if not all cases still show up as received in the old site, but there are only just barely enough updates after then to keep checking.
