I just did and now laying on the floor. For a reason I can't fully understand myself, I believe we will get our approval within 3 months. Smh

Would you please tell me what "front loader" mean? Thank you

Dave just about summed it up in a nutshell. I personally front loaded my application. Front loading to me serves two purposes it gives me peace of mind that I included everything to prove a bona fide relationship and it also helps my fiancee as I will send her a copy of the entire application once its time. I have read here in VJ that sometimes in the embassy phase they don't even accept additional documents or even look at them as their minds have usually already been made up prior to the interview. So by front loading you ensure that your documents are seen. It's normally recommended for a high fraud country or a tough embassy

I'm a half glass full -or so my fiancee like to call me. 😊

So I believe anything is possible. I did a little research here also and comes up with this. There are people who got their 2nd NOA in less than 2month and even in a month. There are others but they won't let me upload more than 0.98MB 😐

Hi guys i have been a lurker from january in this site, they were working august in that time, a lot of ppl send "front load applications", the month that was weird was november with earliest approval but i wasn't 23 days... that looks like USCIS mistake!

Those u are watching are expedite cases for special situations there are a list that describe under which situations u can file for an expedite...  normal situation for NOA2 these days are from 181-206 days!

Good luck to u all! and welcome to the Journey guys! Our time is coming

Have anyone prepare a wedding plan? I read somewhere that they might ask about the wedding plan on the interview. Me and my fiancee talked about it but it's hard without any date certainty.

Most of the very early approvals we see are expedites. When it doesn't appear to be, it's weird.

Hello guys just checking in o everyone. Congratulations on being one step closer to your NOA2.

I recommend start filling out the DS10, (Don't submit it!!).

its good to have some of the smaller things completed and out of the way so once the Noa2 comes in its smooth cruising, have your fiancé familiarize where to go to pay for the visa fee, inquire about what is needed for the medical (If an appointment is needed or is walk-ins ok)

Also verify that all documents are ready such as Birth certificates and or divorce certificates if it applies to you.

Also its good to find be aware of all fees such as medical, police reports, visa application etc.

Hope this helps.

We will just have a civil (courthouse) wedding in the beginning then after once things smooth out with all this immigration stuff we will look at having a ceremony in the Philippines.

I think you meant DS160, I don’t think I would recommend doing this to soon but do as you wish....if the system somehow deletes your info or account from now until 3-4 months out what a mess that would be needing to correct even with a new account/email etc.

Everything else definitely prepare what you can and know the next steps, be aware for the petitioner our records need to be as current as possible....bank statements, employment verification etc

DS10 form is that the form you fill out and submit (if you were born in the US) if you don't have a birth certificate, or are you referring to another form if so what is it. I'm sure most of us USC have birth certificates already. But yes the other things you mentioned are good ideas keeping in mind that these things would be embassy specific. It's best to send a copy of your K1 packet to your other half so they can prepare and they can see EXACTLY what you prepared. You can send that along with your I-134 and other things the interviewing embassy requires.

Your right sarge....good call probably most of us have a US birth certificate but maybe he will clarify DS10 or DS160. Your right it’s DEFINATELY embassy specific so friends keep that in mind.

Copies are a must, I plan on either being with my fiancé or on the phone with her as a lot of the DS160 is already in your I 129F
