hey, i found out someone already got approved from june filler, is that true? ☺️

If I remember right, last fall there was one case that got approved way earlier than normal processing times and didn't seem to be an expedite. Unfortunately, it wasn't any kind of a trend.

Hi! Still wondering why I didn't find this forum earlier. 😑

I'm a late May filler. May 28 according to the old website and Jun 1 according to the new.

I figured there's a possibility to get noa2 even when the website hasn't changed?

Now that's a news. I'll tell my fiancee to religiously check the mailbox. Lol

Wishing you all the speed and patience and luck,!

Well VJers for the most part even the old timers are generally giving him/her the benefit of the doubt, but I did suspect a bit of skepticism on the side, 23 days approval sounds unreal but I guess it's possible

I literally ran to my mailbox. I front loaded too. Anything before the 7 months would be a blessing. Can you all imagine?!!

Yes it's unreal let's stay positive maybe we might get some benefit out of this insofar as our wait.

It's an informal term used here for the practice of including evidence of a bona fide relationship and other documentation not required for the I-129F with your petition rather than waiting until the embassy stage when you'll need to do some of that. Which almost all of us have done to some degree (included pictures beyond what was necessary to prove at least one meeting in the last two years, evidence of multiple meetings, some chat or call logs, and things like that), I think.

The degree to which this is necessary varies from embassy to embassy, but there's no evidence extensive "front loading" has any effect on how your petition is processed at the USCIS stage.

I'm a half glass full -or so my fiancee like to call me. 😊

So I believe anything is possible. I did a little research here also and comes up with this. There are people who got their 2nd NOA in less than 2month and even in a month. There are others but they won't let me upload more than 0.98MB 😐
