RFE received 13/12 while I was in US with my fiancé.  He sent response 14/12.  Still awaiting NOA2.  And yes we are grateful we have an RFE.  Thinking of you @Sarge2155 and your fiancé. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 for all

I just want to use this medium to encourage everyone still waiting on their approval. There is a reason why things happen and at the moment it seems very aggravating and annoying but know that delay is not denial. Who knows the reason for this delay may speed up the other processes or in fact align things perfectly for when your significant other arrives.  I am still waiting on mine and I have decided to let go of the anxiety and live in the moment. There would be down days leading up to the approval but I have a plan to get me out of any funk on those days. I have also planned the perfect meal I will have the day the approval comes (for those in Houston- Hop Doddy Burger, Shake Shack Fries and an Oreo Milkshake) plus the best sleep I'll have since November.

So remember, Live and Let Go. This time next year this will be a thing of the past and most of us will have forgotten these days. I sure will!

We got our approval on the new website on December 27th!! Still waiting on the paper mail.

Congrats. Additional help can be rendered possibly for the rest of your journey but you have not completed your profile. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

@Greenbaum are you aware that the menus have changed when you call USCIS for a case status or information? It's not like before as now there is NO provision to get to a human much less a Tier 2 officer. They refer everything to the website and we all know how up to date that is. I listened to the whole spiel just so I would not miss anything and there is NO provision to get to a CSR to address your case like before. They openly discourage calling now, they did before but they even say it now. Can you shed any light on this? Almost seems the government shutdown has affected the call center too. BTW it's the 1-800-375-5283 number I am referring too.

You're the first to advise me about this. I'll keep my ears open as I am sure someone else will report if they experience the same.

Figured I'd check the numbers for May filer I-129F/CSC timelines again this morning.

We're currently at 122 unapproved (19 with RFEs), and 209 approved. So 63.1% with NOA2, and 68.9% have been acted on if you also count those with unresolved RFEs.

Good luck to everyone here still waiting.

How did you arrive at these numbers? Where do you check the numbers? How many are untouched yet?

I looked at "Igor's list" (there's a link on the "Immigration Timelines" page linked from the top of the page in the desktop site).

Scrolled down to the end May to get the total number of I-129F/CSC timelines showing unapproved petitions (currently 108 for May), manually counted the RFEs (14), then went back to the top and switched to approved petitions and scrolled down again to get the total approved (230 now). Then just did some math.

So 230/338 = ~68% approved, and 244/338 = ~72% touched.

The really big disclaimer, though, is that this is all self-reported data and 25-30% of timelines on VisaJourney are created and never updated. By now, that's almost certainly the overwhelming majority of 'untouched' timelines, but there are still a few posters here whose case hasn't been touched yet, and there are undoubtedly a few withdrawn petitions and denials in there too. If you look graph at the top of the page, you can see the percentage of timelines with an approval for May is just barely behind April, which is about the same as March (and Jan 2018, though that's scrolled off; Feb 2018 seems unusually high).
