In case any was wondering, we're currently at 182/327 approved, with 24 outstanding RFEs. So 55.6% approved, and 63% acted on.

And hoping @Sarge2155, @Sabrina02 and the rest (especially those of you who've been here at VJ since May) hear something soon.

No, I'm still at least 3 weeks away from being out of processing. The old site says they received my case on May 31 but the last action taken is June 5th and the new site says June 4th. At this point I'm not too worried because I was hoping for an interview date on January 14th or 21st because of Lunar New Year in Vietnam but that doesn't seem realistic anymore. The Consulate is closed that whole week and I want to try and fly back with my fiancee so we are probably looking at something like February 18th or 25th at the earliest. Still a ways away.

That's the ticket at least you are optimistic about it all still, very good!

Laying in bed this morning texting Hue and I got an email from USCIS about my case. Logged in expecting an RFE but it was approved Dec 6th. Just hang in there Sarge. You will be soon.

Oh BTW the approval notification was from the new site not the old, so no update from case tracker.

800-375-5283 go through the prompts to speak to a representative then ask them to talk to a tier 2 agent. There's no direct way to reach tier 2
