I was trying to figure futile or not the common denominator for our cases, the only thing is the same or close  NOA1 dates, but people  with our same dates have been approved. I thought about how useless it was to try to find a commonality and I stopped there. Bummer......

I guess it's like what's been said before, some just take longer for whatever reasons and we're it😔unfortunately.

I wanted to let you know that the application case tracker sent a message yesterday saying that USCIS services are currenty experiencing unplanned downtime

I called this morning and was told that the adjudicator is still working on my case and the Tier 2 agent filed a service request for me.

Hopefully so, all I can do is wait and pray that my approval comes soon. I totally understand, that's the way many of us feel especially when you see not only people in your month that's after you getting approvals,  but I think it stings a little more to see the month after you start to get approvals. As it's been said many times though it happens every month unfortunately. I think there's people still waiting from April and months before that as well.

I put in an online service request yesterday and the email confirmation said to expect a reply by December 27th. I also called today but I was unable to speak to a T2 Officer they said due to call volume as the T2 Officers are not accepting any calls at that particular moment. The lady was nice and looked in my case as far as she had access. She said she could not tell me if my case was being looked at at the moment but that my case has been "moved" several times. She explained not just one person looks at the case. She did confirm that my online service request had been assigned to someone and I guess that its being worked.

I may try to call again later or for sure in the morning she said it is best first thing in the mornings less wait.
