That's true Sabrina, but I feel like I need to do something instead of just sitting on my &^%. It might not net me any good information, but at least I tried. I know what you are saying but do it anyway

I think I'm going to inquire on Thursday because I'm May 9 old site and May 11 new site. If they give me a generic answer Thursday then I'll inquire again next week.

Yes do it, it makes you feel a bit better after you inquire even if they do give you that Bull&^%* answer. At least you have done something in your own defense, that's how I felt anyways LOL.

Lol I'm trying to remain as positive as posibble believe it or not. Not knowing anything about my case is bothering me. I understand that USCIS has a heavy workload but it would be nice if they could develop some type of system to give a case specific update (not just a generic answer) after so many months with no approval or rfe, even a update halfway through the process would be good!

My point exactly! the process does not have to be transparent however stages could be expressed.  Im sorry " we have finding and think we need a few days to resolve xyz"  it should take aprox. 3 more weeks"  "I'm sorry, we are waiting on stage 3 with ABC check and hope to see your file complete in 4 more weeks when it will be complete"  how about " We are concerned about you social media or prior something so just double checking and waiting on some findings"  how about " we think you killed a squirrel in 2002 and so we are investigating if you hit the squirrel with road rage and so you may be denied"

Forgive me guys, bad day ...at my lowest with this process.

I agree as with most government agencies, lot's of things could be improved on. I was trying to figure futile or not the common denominator for our cases, the only thing is the same or close  NOA1 dates, but people  with our same dates have been approved. I thought about how useless it was to try to find a commonality and I stopped there. Bummer......

I agree 100%! It's okay we all have our bad days and it is to be expected with this  process, just don't stay there. I'm sure that everyone still waiting are having about the same feelings. 209 days today for me and no word, no text, no email nothing. I'm kind of in a mood myself but I'm trying to focus on the bigger picture!

You are authorized to have bad days, I had one yesterday, the key is tomorrow you'll feel better and back on track. I FULLY understand what you are feeling,  things will be solved one way or the other.
