Yeah that would  be cool if ours would come soon. My case tracker rarely alerts of cases, so its like I'm flying blind in more ways than one.

@Sarge2155 @ArytonAryton  mine does not alert me. I must be case number. It gives ranges of 20 - 50 cases.

Intent to marry

submit evidence from beneficiary that she plans to marry you within 90 days of her admission to the us.evidence of the beneficiary’s intent may be a statement, wedding preparation  or other evidence that clearly establishes her intent to marry within 90 days

guys is it enough to just send a letter of intent to marry for this?

I believe you will need her wet signature as well as dating the letter.

the letter needs to be dated but a wet signature isnt required. scanning, emailing and printing is fine.

You sign, scan and send it off. No requirement that it be wet per USCIS regulations.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

I couldn't log in using my old profile. However, I have been following this thread. I haven't received my approval yet and no help when speaking to Tier 2 agents. I called to expedite the case since what was going on in Ukraine on the Martial law, I feel like that might have made it even worse. They requested evidence which I have since faxed over. Still no word yet. NOA 1 5/31/2018. :(
