I believe you will need her wet signature as well as dating the letter.

the letter needs to be dated but a wet signature isnt required. scanning, emailing and printing is fine.

You sign, scan and send it off. No requirement that it be wet per USCIS regulations.

I couldn't log in using my old profile. However, I have been following this thread. I haven't received my approval yet and no help when speaking to Tier 2 agents. I called to expedite the case since what was going on in Ukraine on the Martial law, I feel like that might have made it even worse. They requested evidence which I have since faxed over. Still no word yet. NOA 1 5/31/2018.
