I would like to sugguest everyone.  Give two weeks more because they offically start working on may now. And 2 may so. Two weeks more and most of approval on friday.

The "Receipt date for a case inquiry" on https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ does not mean they officially started working on that date.

It means people with cases from before that date can make an inquiry (by phone or email) and will not be simply told their case is within normal processing times. Having said that, I agree that contacting USCIS five minutes after you're out of normal processing times is probably not very useful.

Yes  they can make inquiry. And should ask for tier2 officer and supervisor.

@DaveAndAnastasia thanks for the info praying for all of us to have a result before Xmas holidays

No problem. I'll see if I can catch up with the rest over the next few days. I was working from home yesterday and waiting on some long-running processes, so I had some time.

what exactly does the RFE say?

the intent to marry is a letter you send, not a brochure. nothing is required from family members.

The only required photos are the passport style photos of both of you

please post the exact RFE so we can help

You are lucky that you  are sending your intent to marry letter now and they gave you chance.   I saw few members got rejected because of failing to submit. Intent to marry letter

what do you mean your photos?  Send a few more and label people in picture with date location.  Find a few with family if you have and with background.  Also stamp in passport to coincide.  Definitely  two seperate letters of intent to marry.  Explain who, what, where, when and how you met and that you understand " must be married within 90 days of fiancee in US"  Best of luck...quick turn around.  Make sure both letters are signed. Get your letter from fiancee emailed within 1 hour.  Send back today!
