They say no RFE o we should be happy but Im still wandering why??

They started June so sad.

I haven't heard anything concerning mine as of yet anyway, yes although I'm happy for the June people it's discouraging to see them get approved and I'm still waiting. Everyone that's  near my case on the app has even had action taken on their cases, I am the only one left. I'm hoping I'll hear something soon and still trying to remain positive as hard as it is!

I've called once before and got the generic answer that they give to most people that's still within normal processing times. If I don't hear anything soon then I'll call again, hopefully with better luck this time!

We are still within our 7 months so no RFE. Just sitting reading, congratulating and learning while here.  The folks like myself @Sarge2155 @NicholeT and much more according to stats just with VJ are just hanging out.  My country, Jamaica, are slow to crank out approvals an average day wait  of like 188 days...the max seems like 196 days without RFE and as early as 182 no RFE.  With all that the bottom line is we are waiting.  As the T@ officer told me the other day, no RFE is not a bad thing so hopefully soon.

We are here guys...

Is no RFE good?

🤷‍♂️ An RFE means someone looked at your case and reviewed, so an RFE you can respond to quickly is probably better than two or three more weeks of silence. Some May filers with timelines here have already gotten approvals after an RFE. On the other hand, an RFE for something serious that takes time to gather an appropriate response, that's not good.

That you haven't had any response yet doesn't say anything one way or another about whether or not you'll be approved without an RFE, unfortunately.
