This is a game of who can last the longest; You or USCIS. Just need to stay busy and not be here so frequently listening to others tale of whoa or set your expectations so high that when something does swing your way your let down.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I called the USCIS National Customer Service Center today to ask if I needed to wait til I was approved before mailing in the forms to get my original birth certificate back, the man on the phone said no and also told me that he shows that we were approved (NOA2) today anyways! News to me!! I don't have it updated on the website or an email but he said that I should be getting my paper copy in the next few days by mail! I'm so happy I woke my sleeping fiance (midnight there) to tell him ❤️

Hey everyone and for those who called USCIS,

how are you guys able to get a hold of Tier2? What questions would you normally ask?

Thanks!!

Call the number on bc your NOA1 letter. Press the key to report a problem. You will get customer service agent. Talk with them an request a T2 office. Its a wait but those officers can see more. Most agents are vague so good luck.
