Wow, this is crazy that you're all waiting this long. They caught up on the backlog by dispersing the cases better between the service centers. What the heck happened that it's back where it was?!  :( So sorry you're still waiting. I know what it feels like. We got caught in the ridiculous TSC vs CSC  craziness with TSC a few years ago and waited 224 days for our NOA2. At the time, people using CSC were getting approved in a matter of days.

The only consolation I can offer is that this is the darkest of the immigration times because you're apart. We're still dancing with backlogs, but everything else is far more manageable because at least we are together.  Sending big hugs to all of you still waiting.

Hi to all of us patient people!

Day 202 today and nothing so far...

I was trying to think what the reasons for such a delay may be. There seems to be no problem in my opinion, but maybe you will see what's wrong. We met in person in Russia, worked together, started dating and later living together. Neither of us was married before, or has kids. He had to go back to OH to find a job in March, so I am lucky it's only been 3 month without him, instead of much more other people here are coping with. Both of us work and I have enough money to support myself in the US if I have to. The only thing that worries me is the fact that my visa was denied last July. I applied for a B1-2 visa to meet his family and see his country, because we were serious about our relationship and were thinking about getting married one day. The reason is still not clear to me. I was told that I should have applied for a different type of visa, which, I can only speculate, means that I should have applied for a K1 visa in the first place.

Some people started involving other parties, be it a congressman or anyone else. We are going to be patiently waiting until we see the date on the processing times page. It is a lottery now, as I see it.
