Hello guys.. im done collecting for my 129f package, but i still need one thing! It says that the letter of intent should be signed in ink by the beneficiary! Should i sign it and scan it for him, or should i send the letter signed via the post office!?

Sign and scan is enough (many people do this)

if you dont don’t feel comfortable, you can send by post too (some people don’t fee comfortable with scan)

are you the beneficiary? (I’m asking because you said you’re done collecting for your I-129f, although beneficiaries do it too, it’s a little confusing)

petitioner also needs to sign and send a letter of intent with the petition.

Hehe I felt that way too.. (and it’s good I didn’t leave it to him! We would be still collecting 🤣🤣)

You can do either.

but I personally like separate letters because I find it simpler as it ends up being two separate declarations. (I don’t know it really is just a personal choice and as long as it is worded correctly either would work)

did you find the template in the forum? You can just adjust that to petitioner and beneficiary.
