my wife interview was Tuesday the 7th .... as far i seen and read it will take for Syrian to get visas 3-4 months

Where are you getting this 3-4 months estimate from? People have been waiting for 6+ months. I havent seen a single AP complete in less than 6 months except medical emergencies. Nobody I know who interviewed in 2018 for IR or CR or K1 has gotten a visa.

Visa bulletin does not tell you how long AP will be. I dont know which USCIS tracker app you are referring to, but AP is a big wild card. But for all travel ban countries, I havent seen a single 2018 interview that has resulted in a visa so far.

If this is true, its very good news. Are you sure they interviewed for CR1 in 2018? Do you have any links or something like that?

I know her. That is a different case. There was an exceptional situation there. I know one more but they also submitted proof of medical condition.

Unfortunately i haven't seen regular cases with 2018 interview and 2018 visa. At the same time if you look at timelines on vj itself and sort by interview date for travel ban countries no one with 2018 interview date has visa.

Again i wish what you are saying is true but all evidence points to them running the longest possible ap for all travel  ban countries. The viper sao takes 1 yr minimum even now.
